QUALITY CONTROL

We know that leaks cost valuable time and money. That’s why we take extra precautions to perform non-destructive dye testing on each weld to ensure your fabricated pipes are leak-free. We also conduct air testing on our fabricated pipes to further ensure the quality of our fabricated product. We also systematically check threads and grooves using controlled ring gauges to ensure that they exceed the highest standards.

Every process in our fabrication facility is equipped with a written operating procedure, which is statistically controlled by our qualified quality staff. Every team member is trained with these procedures to ensure standardization of operating instructions. 

We strive for quality and operational excellence by adapting and implementing such principles of lean manufacturing, 5S, TQC, and SPC, along with controlled monitoring of all our processes and performance daily. Our utmost goal is to produce quality products on time, all the time. We are in the process of developing KPIs, and we are also in the process of becoming ISO-certified.
